Equipment Enhancement

What is Equipment Enhancement?

• You can transfer part of the accumulated experience of a certain piece of equipment to another piece of equipment to enhance it.

• Any equipment with 1 or more experience points can be used as an enhancement material.

• If you don't have enough equipment material, Shards of Experience may be used instead.

• Shards of Experience have different grades. The higher the grade, the more experience points they grant.

• Equipment or shards used for enhancement will be consumed and cannot be recovered.

• If the equipment doesn't have any experience points or there aren't enough required shards for enhancement, then the process cannot be started.

• You can enhance using equipment, shards, or a combination of the two.

Shards of Experience

• These are essential materials needed for equipment enhancement and can be acquired by killing monsters.

• Shards have five grades just like items: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary.

• Higher grade shards provide more experience than the lower grade shards.

Equipment Experience Points

• The amount of experience points transferred from the equipment being used as material to the equipment selected for enhancement is determined by the difference in grade between the equipment and material.

• The table below shows the current rates, but please note that they may be subject to change in the future.

Selected equipment and enhancement material are the same grade	70% of the experience points from the equipment used as enhancement material will be transferred.
Selected equipment is of a higher grade than the enhancement material	50% of the experience points from the equipment used as enhancement material will be transferred.
Selected equipment is of a lower grade than the enhancement material	100% of the experience points from the equipment used as enhancement material will be transferred.

Experience Points from Shards

• Higher grade Shards of Experience provide more experience than the lower grade shards.

• The table below shows the current rates, but please note that they may be subject to change in the future.

Select Equipment to Enhance

• Click Enhancement from the top right menu, or click Enhancement in the equipment information window.

• Selecting the equipment or shards to use as a material lets you preview the increase in the experience points.

• You can check the amount of Shards of Experience you have by grade.

• Select the equipment or shards to use and click on the Enhance button to start the process.

1	Equipment to Enhance	Register the equipment to enhance. You can replace it from the equipment list on the right after pressing the X button.
2	Experience Points Status	This shows the expected experience points and level information after the enhancement.
3	Materials	Selecting the equipment you want to use as a material registers them in the slots. You can check the amount of Shards of Experience you have.
4	Enhance	If you have the required materials, the Enhance button will be activated, and you can proceed with the enhancement process.
5	Available Equipment List	The list shows the equipment that can be used as enhancement materials. You can check the items by their grade as well.

Enhancement Process

• Equipment or shards used for enhancement will be consumed and cannot be recovered.

• After checking the window, click on the Enhance button to start the enhancement.

Results

• After the enhancement process is complete, you can view the results.

• If the increased experience points exceed the experience points required to level up, the results window will show an increase in level.

• If the increased experience points do not exceed the requirement, the results window will indicate that there is no change in level.
