Skill Engraving

What is Skill Engraving?

• You can randomly change additional options of skills by using skill engraving materials.

• "Gem of Transformation" is a common engraving material for Normal and Greater skills.

• For passive and Superior skills, the "Essence" item assigned to each skill is required.

Skill Engraving Materials

1) Gem of Transformation

• This is used for engraving of Normal and Greater skills.

• Engraving Normal or Greater skills allows you to randomly modify both the options and figures associated with the skill.

• However, the total number of default options provided for skills remains unchanged.

• By default, one Gem of Transformation is consumed for each engraving.

• The Gem of Transformation can be obtained through gameplay, such as field hunting, as rewards from dungeons, or through combining recipes.

2) Essence of [Skill]

• Essence is an exclusive engraving material for passive and Superior skills, used to modify the options of the skill.

• One Essence is consumed for each engraving and is only applicable to the designated skill for Essence.

• Engaging in engraving with Essence may result in receiving special options.

• Essence can be obtained through various production methods, such as combining recipes.

Skill Engraving Process

1	Engraving Tab	Click the Engraving tab from the Skill Growth menu. (The Enhancement tab is open by default.)
2	Select the Skill to Engrave	When you select a skill from the Skills list for engraving, it will be registered in the engraving slot.
3	Engraving Slot	The selected skill will be displayed in the engraving slot.
4	Skill Options & Figures	You can check the options and figures assigned to the skills. These values are subject to random changes during engraving.
5	Material	When you select a skill for engraving, the required material will be automatically registered in the slot. If the selected skill requires the exclusive Essence, the necessary material will be displayed as a material.
6	Engrave	If you have the required materials, the Engrave button will become active, allowing you to proceed with the engraving process.

• Selecting the Engrave button will open the result window.

• In this window, you can review the changes made to the options and figures after engraving.

• Any newly added options will be marked with an "N" icon. If there are changes in the figures, they will be highlighted in green or red to indicate an increase or decrease, respectively.

• You can choose to retain the previous options by selecting the Restore button. When you select Confirm, the modified options after engraving will be applied. (However, even if you choose to restore, the consumed materials will not be recovered.)
