Weapon Proficiency

Weapon proficiency is the accumulation of equipment experience gained while using a particular weapon.
As the proficiency level increases, the default attack of the weapon becomes stronger.
Titles and promotions are awarded at certain level milestones, which are displayed to other players.
Titles serve as a testament of expertise in weapon handling.
Each weapon type's relative proficiency level is retained when you switch weapon types and does not affect the proficiency of the other types.
On the right side of your character profile, you will find the proficiency level icon and experience points for the weapon you are currently using.
Proficiency level and experience points are accumulated simultaneously, but they require different amounts to level up.
If you receive a title for the level you have achieved, it will continue to appear above your character's head.
If you switch to a different type of weapon (such as one-handed or two-handed sword, twin blades, staff), the title will change accordingly.
There are three types of weapons for which you can increase your proficiency level: one-handed/two-handed sword, twin blades, and staff.
Equipping one of the three weapon types does not affect the proficiency of the other two.
When weapons reach a certain level of proficiency, players earn a title, which is automatically applied.
